How do I cancel/change my order?

If you've made a royal screw up, don't fret - simply email us at hello@nobodysprincess.com.au and we'll try out best to help you out!

Our prices vary depending on where in the world we are posting, and how much you buy!

When you add your products to cart, you can estimate your shipping, before you commit to buying.

We offer free shipping within Australia purchases over $100 AUD.

We offer free shipping on international purchases over $285 AUD.

We try to get your orders out within 24 hours, if we have your item in stock.

Allow between 3-5 business days for Australian deliveries (metro areas) and between 4-6 business days for regional suburbs. Orders placed with express shipping will arrive the following business day (metro areas) and between 2-3 business days for regional areas.

At the moment, COVID-19 is still having some impact on delivery times.

T-Shirts are located in a separate facility and will be dispatched within 3-7 days. From this time frame, the above postage time frames apply. 

Yes! When you make a purchase we will email and then update you when your item(s) has been sent. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on business days. 

*Sticker purchases are sent with regular stamped envelopes and will not come with tracking information.

Dang! Sorry to hear you've received something that's not up to scratch! Simply visit our Returns & Exchange area and fill out the form. You can always email us, too.

All returns and exchanges need to be made with 30 days of purchase. 

Simple! There will be a return label on your packaging from your t-shirt order. Simply take this into your local post office and send it back to us. We will then organise to get your new t-shirt sent out. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for incorrect size, but are more than happy to get the right size for you, or offer a store credit.

All returns and exchanges need to be made with 30 days of purchase. 

If you're not 100% happy with the item, get in touch through our Return and Exchange area and let us know. We'll organise for you to send back your items and issue a refund, swap, or store credit. 

Items must be unwashed & unworn and in original packaging/have tags where applicable.
